OneSpotMD Primary and Urgent Care

I took my mother-in-law to their urgent care earlier this week, and we were both so impressed. The practice is brand new and spotlessly clean – everything looks and feels modern and super clean. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. We barely waited at all before being seen, which was a pleasant surprise for an urgent care visit. We saw Dr. Lee, and he was outstanding. He’s clearly very knowledgeable, took the time to listen carefully, explained everything in an easy-to-understand way, and has wonderful bedside manner. His clinical decisions were spot-on; my mother-in-law started feeling much better almost immediately after following his treatment plan. During a holiday weekend, I was so appreciative to have access to professional and convenient health care. And so easy to book my appointment online. Highly reccomend and will be back again if I am ever in need.

Beware. I loved this place until….I have tried countless times to get help with a billing issue. My insurance company says I need the claim to reflect the doctor I saw and not just One Spot MD. I have spent hours on this and even after being reassured, they still have not resubmitted the bill with the doctor’s name- which more than doubles my amount due. It is impossible to get through to a live person, and nobody follows through. We will take our business elsewhere in the future!

Dr. Lee and his staff are amazing! They truly care, listen, and make you feel heard. The most compassionate and professional urgent care I’ve ever been to.

I DO NOT recommend. PA in Steele Creek that saw me twice was very judgemental and did not follow up with my care in my second visit like she stated in my initial visit. very disappointed!
