Staff is sincere, thoughtful and caring. Always pleasant. I'm grateful my sister has them. 3rd floor and all the behind the scenes people that make everything run smoothly. Thanks all. Bons family.

Good facility, nurses are nice. Only issue is with the social worker "Maddie" or Maggie is always very rude & argumentive whenever I call with questions regarding my mom. Hopefully her supervisor will have a talk with her about her attitude. Watch out for her she is not very nice

I wish I could give lower. It has been some time which is why I am comfortable leaving a review. Do not bring your loved ones here. My grandfathers wedding ring was stolen off of his finger as he was dying and unable to defend himself. (I have photos of him with the ring the day before it was missing.) They sent a “social worker” to “investigate” but she failed to be appropriate and violated a number of the Social Worker Code of Ethics. The facility did not take the situation seriously and failed to show empathy in any form. Unfortunately my grandfather was buried without his wedding ring. In addition to this staff had to be reminded to administer pain medication and other residents were frequently ignored while screaming. Now if I could I would give this facility triple 000 review I would! Please folks if you love your loved ones do not leave them here! This facility needs to be closed down! They don’t come in at night to help someone who is fully handicapped and can’t move their hands, legs or anything ! They don’t come in to change positions or give the person water! Call bell is taken away from patients! They get yelled at if ask for help at night! They don’t feed a person who can’t use their hands! Please, please, please don’t leave your loved ones in here! Better food is given to the animals than people in here! People get open wounds due to neglect and nobody cares from the aids to the managers they ALL just don’t care!
