O'Neal's Drug Store

I love the staff here. I've been to other Pharmacies like CVS and I hated them. O'Neals in Chocowinity is my one and only Pharmacy I will ever go to. The staff are very friendly and always greet you with a smile.

Still racist! I've been out of Chocowinity for over 5 years now. I use to drive all the way to Washington just to get prescriptions filled because of the treatment. In June 2025, I walked into the store to see if they had sweet oil. They admittedly racial profiled me, followed me around the store, rushing me to "buy and get out." The manage Mrs. Duke was suppose to call me back so I can report a complaint, but why should I expect her to; they ALL are going to look out for each other. We are now in November 2025, and I still haven't received a phone call. I will never go in that store again. In the past, it was the pharmacist that would talk to you with disgusted, as if they didn't want you in there, now you can't walk in the store as a color person without them asking "What do you want" an

This drug stores employees have a way of making you feel like your family. 25 years never once had any problem. Thanks every one from pharmacist to cashier and especially the deliver driver's Earl and his wife. They always went above and beyond I look forward to when they come. You could not find anyone as nice as them.

I dealt with multiple persons at this location and every single one was so incredibly kind and attentive to my needs. They followed through from start to finish for a difficult rx and they are not my main pharmacy! Each person was super friendly and a joy to talk to! What a great experience and I highly recommend them!!! Thank you O'Neal team....you are wonderful!
