The staff is wonderful, always willing to help and pleasant at all times. Heather Black is the best. She listens to you and works at getting to the root of the problem, no matter what it takes. A shout out to her nurse Lindsey also. Everyone is wonderful.

Introduction to the visit is a well done. The Nurse is knowledgable of the activity and what questions best fit the visit. Brittany then takes over and quickly gets to the point. I appreciate the approach. I appreciate the care at each step of the visit.

Dr Callahan is the best Dr I have ever encountered. He never rushes the visit. Takes his time to listen to all of my concerns and offers excellent advice and remedies. I genuinely look forward to the appointments.

ECU Family Medicine is a very caring facility. I have used Dr Callahan since I came from Active Duty in 2012. He had found ways to alleviate some of my illnesses that the Military Drs could not. He takes his time to talk and listen. The staff are also very courteous. My only negative would be due to his care and attention the wait will normally be longer. But it’s worth the wait!!

Tracey has literally watched my youngest daughter grow from infancy on up. She has always made her feel so comfortable. My daughter said “Mrs Tracey gives the best hugs and she makes me feel so special!” The whole office always makes us feel so welcome!
