These people are the worst jerks ever! every time I call they never answer the phone. Today I called since 12 until 1:55 with different phones and they let the phone ring or pick up and hang up. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional and if I could go there and curse all them out I would for wasting my time. One star because I can’t leave a zero stars . I’m beyond angry.

I’ve been coming to Onestop Pharmacy for some time now, and I’ve always had a good experience. The pharmacist is friendly, professional, and takes time to answer any questions I have about my medications. The service is quick and the staff is helpful. It’s nice to have a local pharmacy I can count on.

Poor service. It is a small, dingy space. Unfortunately, the cashier/ front desk attendants are often distracted when I come in. An error was made, and no apology was extended. The pharmacist rushed me off the phone and, in no uncertain terms, made it clear he couldn't care less. Hours are also incorrect online.

A 4 weeks ago I picked some meds and I was missing 1 out of 7:signed for it a somend was never told about it. That means was given to someone else because when I went get it they automatically knew which one it was. 2 weeks later I have more scripts from my Dr. and wasn't given one of them because they said I refilled somewhere else. And they won't tell me where I allegedly got them. I've been going to them for 5-6 months. Today I returned ! @ 6:15pm asker they were already closed. Why on the website it read closing soon then @ 7 it said closed, when they were closed earlier! Also they don't call to remind ME to pick up my refills like other pharmacies do. If it's not one thing it's another with them. That's my opinion.

Wouldn't get my meds anywhere else. The staff are very friendly and eager to help. Charles is awesome.
