One Life Medical

I'm a fairly new patient with Optima Medical formerly One Life Medical, but I will NOT be going back. I was asked to send in some medical records - I called in twice, and both times was given a different but personal email address by the staff. Even though I was assured that the records were put into my file - they never were - so what happened to my files. Instead of trying to help me, I'm told that my doctor is with patients and cannot take my call. This is the most unprofessional, confusing organization that I have ever been party too. I would keep looking for a better medical provider.

I've been coming here for 8 years. Up until today I've decided to part my ways!! I arrived 15 minutes late and was told to reschedule. I now live in Goodyear yet drove over an hour to keep my appt. I explained to them to them I got caught in traffic. I usually get here on time and end up waiting 15-20 min anyways, what's the difference? I will not be back, their loss...I decided to file a complaint and never got a response from the office manager or my lab results I requested...

I was sent to this location because the Gilbert location's lab tech was out today. I had an order to get blood work and leave a urine sample, even though I had just left a urine sample with my primary physician twenty minutes earlier. I tried to explain this to the lab tech, but instead of listening to what I had to say, he just told the front desk person to add to the lab results that I refused to leave a sample. Then when it came time for him to draw blood, he was very aggressive and bruised my arms. I will not be returning to get any labs done at this location.

I have changed doctors since August of 2021 because of the bad experiences my wife and I have had at this place. To keep it brief, which is difficult considering our history with this place I’d give it zero stars if possible. Now for the long part: We only saw physician assistant when going here. If a PA was as good as a doctor they’d be one. Yet, they charge the same price as a doctor. This place made us feel like a number. The PA barely knows who we are when we show up. When we had Covid-19 one of the PA’s did a teleconference. All he did was give my wife an anti nausea prescription, even though my oxygenation was lower than was normal for me, as well as other negative health signs. Soon afterwards we both wound up in the hospital. That was August of 2021. I was in for 12 days, and

Dr Finkbeiner left this practice 09/2021 after many years and it has slowly gone downhill since then! I was going to see Carol HELVIG, Np but found out she left today 04/02/2022! I don’t care for any of the Drs or med staff that have remained Im not staying with them- no way! I was originally only there to see Carol Helvig The receptionist was so rude to me that she infuriated me Apparently she’s the only one answering the phones and it is apparent how she represents this medical center and they allow her behavior towards patients! During the whole conversation she was talking down to me and never resolved my problem Bottom line this is a very unprofessional medical center
