I wanted to say thank you to Onco360 for just existing, the way your improve the overall quality of life for not only your patients but their families/loved ones is priceless, so I just wanted to say I appreciate more than you'll ever know to every single person who works at Onco360, not only for your service but just doing it in the first place. My son is currently recieving tazverik & its been a game changer. You guys are not only professional from my experience, but very caring, so my family and I are extremely grateful to you.

My son, who is a minor, has been receiving his chemo meds from Onco for the past 6 months and the service has been nothing short of outstanding. We live out of state and the medication has to be shipped. They take the worry and stress out of picture for us. First, they monitor my son's schedule and dosage. About a week before he needs to start the next cycle, a pharmacist will proactively call me to confirm when we need the next round of medicine. They arrange shipment for a time when I can confirm someone will be home to sign for it, and they always ask how my son is tolerating the medication, if I or he have any concerns or if there's any other questions I have for the pharmacist. They handle my cancer medication. They are easy to access and cover all the basis. They arrange for any possible sources of payment assistance. They are in touch with my doctor. They ship and send tracking info to you quickly. Great customer service services

I think that PA Specialist needs to be nicer since they are professionals. I don't imagine the one I talk today talking with a patient. It gave me the impression that it's not a good environment to work because she was in a rush when she talked to me and annoyed and her breathing was like saying OMG, very rude by the way. I think they need more customer service trainings.
