Fairly painless process -- only took about 25 minutes versus the "hour" I was told to plan for. Amanda's microphone (?) kept cutting in and out, but she got that resolved. Got notification that the report was finished and sent to those needing it. However, I can't have a copy unless I provide PoA paperwork. Strange? I gave them all the medical answers; but, didn't need to prove I had Power of Attorney for that.

Jessica was professional and caring. For our situation, because mom is returning to an adult family home where she has lived 3 1/2 years, Jessica was required to ask too many questions in my opinion. But as an employee Jessica was the best!

We had a wonderful experience with Jessica, she was kind, thoughtful and professional. What a terrific employee, you don't find them like that anymore.

Allison was wonderful to work with, and in reading the assessment recorded everything accurately. She did an excellent job!
