I had a good experience at this clinic. Even though they were busy, the team took extra time to see me and made sure everything was okay before I left. Their care and attention never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated how thorough and reassuring they were. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients’ well being. Highly recommend!

I very strongly do not recommend this place, it blows my mind that they have any good reviews. I moved to Marietta about a year ago so I haven’t found a regular doctor up here, and I started running a fever and my throat was swollen, I had every symptom of strep throat and ive had it many times before, so I found this place on google. Went in and was the only person there minus one person who walked in 5 minutes after me, the receptionist was extremely nice. The first thing they did was a throat and nose swab that they did OUTSIDE IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING. They sat me back in the waiting room for an additional 15 minutes then pulled me to a room. The nurses started asking all the basic questions and when it got to my allergies, I told them a medication I’m allergic to and the lady said “th

Very great customer service! Went in for back pain. The front desk attendants were nice and very informative about pricing and procedures that needed to be done. The Doctor was helpful and attentive to my condition. I really appreciate all of them for aiding in me feeling better! Would definitely come here again for any urgent needs!

I want to start out by saying thank you so very much to the wonderful staff here at OMS Urgent Care. Y'all are some of the most compassionate and kind folks I have ever met and I am so incredibly grateful!! I came in for an ingrown toenail today and it was painful but the staff here - especially the NP I had (I forgot your name, I am so sorry but you were so awesome) - walked me through it and were extremely sweet. I was numbed up to the proper amount, mind you. I was very anxious for this procedure but the whole time, I was met with kindness and understanding. The nail is out, thank goodness, and I was given very clear instructions on how to care for it from here on out. I know I've said it a lot but the staff at OMS Urgent Care are wonderful! Extremely professional, kind, understanding!

If I could, I would give this place a minus rating. DO NOT go to this facility for any medical needs. My girlfriend had a dog bite and this facility is close to where we live. She doesn't have insurance and we had to pay for the visit. Understandable, however, when she went back to have the stitches removed, all three of them, they charged us again. This is absurd. We paid $420 for the initial visit and then were charged another $100 to return and remove the stitches. You would think that the three stitch removal would have been covered under the initial charge. To make matters worse, the receptionist said it would be $20 and then came back and said it would be $100 after the fact. Don't go here, they will rip you off.
