OMS Nashville: Oral Surgery & Dental Implants - Springfield

Dr. Anderson is a treasure!! I had an appointment at a dentist who said they could do my molar extraction but then refused when I got there. Dentists already give me sooo much anxiety so when they refused to pull the tooth I waited to have extracted for 3 weeks...I was pretty upset. I called OMS Nashville in Springfield, TN and Dr. Anderson was kind enough to get me in same day. She really has no idea how much this meant to me but it meant so so much. She did my implant after my extraction and it took first time. Ive had several friends go elsewhere to get implants and have issues or have them not take. Mine took first time. Dr Anderson and their whole team is amazing i went in for an extraction and implant, the first time my implant did not take and I was devastated Dr Anderson made sure to do everything possible to get the implant to take, i think it was my vape that caused it so I quit and the second time the implant took. Im super terrified of anything with teeth and the dentist they were so understanding making sure I was comfortable through each procedure. Im so thankful for them i would recommend over and over again! Thank you Oms Nashville!!

I visited the Springfield Tn office today for a tooth extraction. I was very concerned about it because the tooth was to the gum. The assistant Delaney was extremely kind and knowledgeable and help me rest assure things would be good. Then Dr Shea came in and was great. He explained everything in detail and the extraction was over so fast. After it was over, he explained in detail how to care for it as well as his assistant explained also. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you Delaney for your kindness and thank you Dr Shea.

The service was lovely. Dr. Anderson was able to get me in for my teeth extraction very quickly. The procedure was very quick. I would recommend her to everyone!!! Holly was also an amazing and so sweet. She was able to answer all the questions that I had. If you need any service done go to them !!

Great experience at OMS Nashville in Springfield. They were very helpful with answering every question I had about getting my wisdom teeth out. Dr. Richardson was a great surgeon and Delaney was a very nice assistant and helped me get over my anxiety regarding the surgery.
