Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Springfield - TN

I would stay clear of this place. First off the office is very dirty and unkept. I went in and paid to be seen only to be there for 4 minutes and got nowhere. I went to the ER and got taken care of. Since my visit was so short and I got no treatment they suggested I call for a refund. They even gave me the number to get a refund. I called and was denied of a refund. That is theft! These people are so unbelievably unprofessional. You have been warned. Total ripoff.

Wonderful, experienced medical provider that asked the right questions to get to the bottom of what was actually wrong with my 12 yo after being misdiagnosed earlier in the week and sent away elsewhere. She made us feel very individualized and cared for and gave us medications for treatment and comfort. Easy online scheduling and quick appointments. Great front desk customer service as well. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with the staff at Fast Pace today. The MA Nicole was amazing at getting my blood. She was very personable, understanding and kind. I felt comfortable with her and would definitely come back to this clinic.

I recently visited this urgent care and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was quick, the staff was friendly, and the medical team was thorough and attentive. I felt heard and cared for, and my treatment plan was clearly explained. I truly appreciate the efficiency and compassion they showed during a stressful situation. Highly recommend this clinic.

I went to Fast Pace on February 25, 2026 because I had symptoms starting February 24 and I was about to go out of town. I never travel if I think I’m getting sick, so I came in to be evaluated before my trip. When I arrived, I was told that a practitioner was not in that day. I was seen by someone else (I assume a tech, but I’m not sure). I’m not certain how that works with billing, but my insurance was still charged for the visit. I explained all of my symptoms and was told it was just a cold. I was advised to take Sudafed, but no prescription was provided — I was told to go buy it myself.
