Omnicare doesn't care for its clients and has the worst customer service I have ever come across The client literally begs for their business. I have asked for a change of user from previous owner to a new provider through a CHOW and I have not received any feedback for 3 months now!!! I have to keep calling and all I am told is that it takes time. Why not just say you have enough business and not looking to onboard any new clients? In this error of such stiff competition, one wonders how long you will be open!! Spokane Branch
