If I could give 0 stars, I would. Healthcare organizations beware
Very difficult to deal with once insured has discharged from long term care facility. Wouldn't transfer scripts, advised couldn't provide scripts if not in a ltc facility and still filled meds after discharge so they couldn't be filled at another pharmacy leaving patient without necessary medication. Cost for 90 days of meds from another pharmacy was half of the cost of meds at Omnicare of Richmond for 30 days
Hit or miss, stat deliveries go out on the next day at times which kind of defeats the purpose of 'stat'. Known to not send out medications for new admissions... unsafe.
