I’m honestly confused by the positive reviews here because my experience was the complete opposite. The staff I spoke with were extremely rude and unprofessional. I called with a simple question about a medication, and the woman who answered hung up on me — twice. There was no explanation, no attempt to help, just immediate disconnection. This isn’t just bad customer service; it’s concerning when people are calling a pharmacy about their health. If you’re considering using this pharmacy, I’d suggest calling them yourself first and seeing how you’re treated.

We visited this pharmacy while we were in NYC. We were very happy to see MANUKA HONEY here. Very few places hold this very fine product. They actually have in MGO 573 and MGO 400, which is a rare find. All essentials are available here. If you need anything almost ANYTHING during ur visit in NYC you must visit this place. Not super expensive. We are happy with the prices and range of varieties for each product here. I have attached few pictures and we are very happy with the customer service. Staff are friendly and helpful. We almost visited them at their closing time but still they did let us in and helped us find everything we needed.

This pharmacy is fast, courteous and very helpful with questions about medication.Store is clean and well organized too.It appeared like they are taking all the precautions to keep employees and customers safe during corona virus pandemic. Highly recommend this place.

though very friendly pharmacy i have to call them to remind them i need refills and when my medication was not covered they assumed i would not want to pay out of pocket im sorry i left Altru ChemistMacey and Lev are always on top of things Take me back guys! Harry and Ava you guys are the nicest
