Omega Pediatrics at Marietta/Cobb

This... they force your kids to get vaccines. End of story. I am not anti vax however my kids have had terrible reactions to the vaccines that they received and from their previous pediatrician she is pro vaccine recommended us not continue with vaccines. They force you to stick your kids with no regard to their health and their reaction. If your pediatrician will not collaborate with you - they are not a good pediatrician. end of story. Any pediatrician who forces their medical beliefs and unwanted medical treatment on kids is NOT a pediatrician. They are a robot.

Very disorganized. I got wrong information multiple times calling the information line versus what the doctors office told me. Ultimately switching doctors which makes me sad because I loved the idea of having a Christian pediatrician. The last straw was being told I had to pay 120 for an appointment outside of my daughter’s wellness check up because she needed additional state required shots. The new location in Marietta did not have shots for the longest time which put us behind. So disappointing.

The Pediatrician, especially and only the Nurse practitioner always addressed her concerns , the doctor is not there. I love how she takes her time addressing everything. I didn’t like the new scheduling policy where they will cancel your appointment if you did not show…. But I learned to work with it. Thanks so much OMEGA!

I have been taking my daughter to see Dr. Michael since she was a newborn and now she is 4. Dr. Michael is amazingly friendly and personable. His office hours cater to the working family and for a single working mother like myself, it's perfect. His office is filled with biblically themed artwork and his doors are not numbered, but instead, named (John, Peter, etc.). Dr. Michael is also a great teacher which I can tell because he is always hosting students and providing the atmosphere needed for clincal rotations in Pediatric care. We moved from Roswell to Alpharetta and I still choose to make the half hour drive to see Dr. Michael. I would like to also note the change in staff. The doctors and nurses are wonderful, but this practice doesn't seem to check their records at all. They'll harass you multiple times a day about filling out forms you've already filled out. Just had someone call and confirm an appointment that I had already confirmed yesterday. It's as if they don't even look at their system at all. Every time we go to this doctor, I have to fill out the same forms I've already submitted multiple times. I'm chasing a toddler around all day... I don't have HOURS to fill out the same forms multiple times. Don't even get me started on their website...
