Omega Hospital

Just had Endoscopic Sinus Surgery here 4/23/25 and it's now the following day and I'm sitting here suffering as it's not a fun procedure to have done. However, I wanted to take a moment to thank the entire staff there as everyone was extremely wonderful. I wish I could remember everyone's name but I wanted to give a special shout out to Kayleigh who was my nurse. She was awesome and made everything easy and comfortable. I had never had surgery before and everyone there was very reassuring and accommodating. Thanks to everyone there that had a part in taking care of me, you guys are wonderful!!!

Staff was friendly and pleasant how ever the billing company deceived me when I considered cancelling my surgery when I found out they’re not in my ins network one of the women said you will get some of the money I paid in full out of pocket so I kept my date. Everyone there was very kind and patient.. it’s a very nice facility but during course of conversation with billing made me really mad about what was said prior to my surgery about the ins info

Amazing hospital staff and service while there. Everyone had such great bedside manner. Just a word of warning - DO NOT pay them a large sum of money up front if asked to. I had surgery in July and am fighting with them for a refund of over $1000 because they did not file in a timely manner. I had to constantly contact them to get the refund and then finally when someone told me one would be processed I asked how long it would take, I was told they don't know. It a shame that a hospital that is so great on one side is so poor on the other.

I just had the most pleasant and professional experience at Omega Hospital in Metairie, LA. From the check-in procedures all the way until the escort to my vehicle at the conclusion of the procedure, I could not have asked for better care-giving. Dr. Wendell Heard with the Tulane Institute of Sports Medicine and his team are the best, Special shout outs to the nursing team, including Toby, Christine and Courtney. And if I may add, the cheese grits were outstanding!

My son had surgery at the new Omega, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful; the facility was gorgeous and clean; and the procedure itself was quick and straightforward. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience!
