Nothing but a circus and a joke. Don’t risk your health going here. Staff is inefficient! They might as well shut down but definitely won’t because they only care about billing your insurance. Waste of time!

Very upset! I was turned away with my two sick children at 6:30 pm and was told that they’re closed when the sign states that they close at 8pm.

Ok so whoever handles calls is very flat and rude in there customer service skillset and tone, it's concerning coming from a medical clinic that supposed to help people. I simply asked what type of insurance is accepted to do a walk-in and if there is a long wait ? Lady literally said I.d and insurance in coldest bothered tone I've ever herd and I'm like ok thank you she didn't even answer my question and just hung up. I know things get busy and repetitive as registration goes but not even a goodbye your welcome nothing? I mean she could have said we take all insurances and it's not busy right right come in, or it's busy be prepared to wait. I don't know if that person is going threw something but wow. I was going to go but after that call and those bad reviews I see why people may not w

They open at 8 am. I checked in by 8:18. The receptionist in the back, chatting it up, then comes to the front and decides to wipe her whole front desk area, which should have been done since she came in. Now, no one else is noted in the sign in sheet, and she decides to get on her cell phone. It is 8:55, and she still does not check me in. Oh, forget about security. He is in the corner sleeping in the waiting area. Apparently, they will not check you in until the Dr arrives. If you do not ask, you will not even get the courtesy to be informed of the delay. This is ridiculous!

This place is connected to the best clinic in the bronx Morris Heights! The receptionist is nice professional and checking in is fast. The facility is clean and very well-maintained the nurse who seen my 8yr old daughter was sooo nice and delightful my daughter even sick and not wanting to be bothered loved her. The staff is awesome. Still waiting for doctor to see her been here like 30 minutes in all but if I could give an extra star I would. SATISFIED WITH THE CARE. LOVE THIS PLACE... seen doctor he was great professional and efficient. My child was seen tested and we were out of there in a little over an hour. Once again LOVE THIS PLACE STAFF AND ALL!
