My husband is was there. He pushed the call button. Nobody responded. He got up on his own and fell. Took them 2 days to have x ray come. We had to do MRI and CT scan. Broken femur bone behind his left knee. NO INCIDENT REPORT. Plus hey had to change his clothes.

Omaha Nursing and Rehab cared for my mother with kindness and excellence. The staff went above and beyond, not only providing attentive and compassionate care, but also guiding me through some very difficult decisions. They treated my mom with dignity and always made sure she was comfortable. Don’t judge a book by its cover—this place is filled with people who truly care. I am grateful for the support, the patience, and the respect they showed both my mother and my family.

Served my dad bad food including a still frozen Eggo waffle and didn’t account for his diabetes, nurses regularly refused him assistance while he was there and were rude to him and myself, rooms were unclean. The occupational and physical therapists were good, but time with them was limited. Only send someone here if you want them to get worse.

When visiting the facility the residents were happy and enjoying activities. The team was very welcoming

Within a one-week span I had to put my mother and stepfather into two different long-term care facilities, this being one. Dealing with Medicaid and waiver and all of the other processes to do that with both parents on very short notice was not only stressful but the people that work for Medicaid do not give you any direction or details. They demand things with no explanation on how to go about them. Sara the social worker and Jenny in the business office were absolutely, 100% my lifesavers. These two put in so much work to make sure both of my parents had everything they needed even though my mom's care was through another facility, They still help me deal with Medicaid to get her case straightened out too.
