Olympic Pharmacy & Healthcare Services

I have a prescription shipped from them every month. For several months, they have been sending me the wrong size of a medical item. When I finally figured it out and called, they told me it wasn't them, they don't even carry that, until I sent pictures with their label on it. Having the wrong size has caused me undue pain, discomfort, and wasted medications. While I was speaking to the pharmacy manager, she was very unprofessional. I am so disappointed in the fact that I was not able to trust this pharmacy.

Drive through pharmacy has to be the WORST experience I’ve ever had. There is no order to anything, there is no first come first served, people are cut in line consistently. There must be a better way! Y’all are making way to much money to treat your patrons this way.

Horrible. Refused to order medication needed for an upcoming surgery. Called & confirmed receipt of prescription by name, told us it was in process & would be ready within the hour. When we went to pick it up three days later, said they couldn’t make enough money on the meds and told us to go somewhere else, but never bothered to let us know on the day we called! Really unprofessional.

Always gracious and friendly service from service personnel. If my prescription is out of stock, am notified and the orders are fast, generally in stock by next day. Always kept in the loop. I recommend this pharmacy heartily.
