Usually I have a decent/normal experience there but today I went in to pick up my prescription and the girl in the back gave me the dirtiest look and looked back at the computer. No smile, no greeting, no basic customer service. I would even take a “hello” in the driest tone over what I got. It’s like me picking up my prescription disturbed her whole life.
Clean store, very helpful and trustworthy staff. Being sceptical of anything customer service in the five boroughs I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when I started doing business with them. Professional and friendly place.
