The office women illegally released my son’s medical documents to someone who was not supposed to have access to them and now I am proceeding legally against the woman who released the information. For context; a restraining order was put in place, I handed them the order while I was in the office during a visit and they said that they made note of it. 3 months later I got a notification saying my sons medical appointment was canceled even though I didn’t even know one was scheduled to begin with so I called the office only to find out that they were releasing records and information to the person who is restrained from having contact with me and my children. I was very reasonably mad while the women in the office continued to belittle me, lecture me and be incredibly disrespectful because

We absolutely love it here. Our preemie newborn son Winston has been going here and my husband used to go here as a child! The staff from the front desk to the nurses is great, but Dr. Laura Dart is above and beyond fabulous. She never rushes us and actually encourages us to ask lots of questions. She’s wonderfully kind and intelligent, plus fun and funny! It’s so great to get a doctor who really takes their time with your family. They’re the best!

I am writing to document that our daughter was administered the hepatitis B vaccine without our consent. On August 5, 2024, and October 18, 2024, Dr. Mary Miller asked my wife and me if we wanted Penelope to receive the hepatitis B vaccine. I remember the conversation vividly because Dr. Miller shared with my wife and I that she was going through a divorce. We explicitly told Dr. Miller that we did NOT want our daughter to receive this vaccine at that time. We did, however, consent to other vaccines, including Polio, DTaP, Hib, Pneumococcal Conjugate, and Rotavirus. During the week of June 23, 2025, my wife and I requested Penelope’s vaccine records from Olson Pediatrics because her daycare required them. Overall we had a good experience at the Olson Pediatric clinic. I need to say staff was nice, capable and helpful.

This office was amazing - from the front staff, nurses to the pediatricians! We saw Dr. Blair and Nurse Stacey during our visit and we couldn’t say enough about how positive the entire visit was! The facility was extremely clean and well kept. Every interaction was cheerful and inviting! As a first time Mother I felt heard and supported and my daughter, who wasn’t feeling well, even enjoyed the visit because of the positive environment! Our family recently moved but wasn’t sure about changing pediatricians. This was the best decision we could have made - I feel confident and comfortable in my daughter’s healthcare more than ever!
