I wouldn't send my dog there. There was a select few CNA's that was good. But the night staff...ooh that night shift.... I would give this place a lower rate but can't just off the night shift. The nurse was horrible. Meds wasn't given correctly This place need up to date training on everything patient interacting, care, meds,etc. Avoid at all cost!!!!

My Dad spent 23 days at Olive and then returned a week or so later and spent another 8. (31 days total) I preface this by saying my Dad was very sick with many issues but there is still an expected level of care. The ability to stay the night gives them 1 star. It was a literal life-saver as he would have definitely died in there. My mom and I were there 24/7. He had post-op delirium and would often try to get up in the night which would have landed him on the ground until someone decided to meander in. Nurses / Meds: The nurses could not get his meds correct or on time. If you are in pain during shift change, that is just too bad. The nurses just bring meds; they do nothing else. There is a "doctor" on site (We had Dr. Holly) but honestly their medical knowledge was questionable at best.

Worst experience my wife and i ever had with health care professionals in 77 years of living and traveling extensively (many doctors, many facilities)! It is our opinion and observation that there is nothing professional about this place! It was so bad my wife called me to come get her at 5:30 in the morning crying about uncleanliness (documented with photos) and the lack of care over several days! We signed an ‘Against Medical Advise’ and wheeled her out of there as fast as we could! The head nurse was extremely rude and condescending during the AMA signing and our leaving! Never even received a call from their management to inquire about our negative experience! Consider legal action but didn’t want to go through the emotional stress!

Don't ever send your loved one to a rehab center. I'm sure they're all alike. She was in there for 3 weeks. I took her out 3 weeks later. She passed away. They were not compassionate towards her needs

My mom received care after her hospital stay there. The nursing staff and CNA's were nice. The rooms are nice and roomy. She stayed in bed most of the time because the chair that was in the room didn't recline so that would have been helpful to have a recliner. She didn't care for the food. Her breakfast came cold most mornings. She was taken care of while she was there and we didn't have any huge issues. When they discharged her, no one even offered to assist us to the car. I guess I just expected more.
