I had an incredible experience with Dr. Oleg Kruglyansky. I came in for a dental implant, and the entire procedure took literally about 10 minutes with absolutely no pain at all. Truly magic, golden hands. Dr. Kruglyansky is extremely polite, professional, and down to earth. He explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable. It’s very hard to find an honest doctor these days, and he is truly one of them. I drove 5 hours each way from Boston just to see him, and I would do it again without hesitation. That alone says everything. If you are looking for a dentist you can truly trust, especially for implants, this is the doctor to see. Highly recommend to anyone.

This was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Kruglyansky for Wednesday, and it was canceled without any notice or explanation. When I called to ask why, the receptionist, Erica, spoke to me in a very rude and dismissive tone. She claimed she had called me and left a voicemail, which simply did not happen. After I asked her not to be rude, she began calling me repeatedly- behavior that felt unnecessary, inappropriate, and bordering on harassment. What made the situation even worse is that she later sent me a message saying that I should “put the correct phone number on Zocdoc” so she could “treat me with respect.” Receiving such a message after being spoken to rudely is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and offensive. Highly recommend Dr. Kruglyansky. I went to Dr. Kruglyansky about 3 years ago when my teeth were destroyed by another dentist whom I thought wouldn't take advantage of me financially and when it came to fixing my teeth. Dr. Kruglyansky is not only professional and kind but he is honest and truly makes sure the patient is happy with the results. Every person at Dr. Kruglyansky office is compassionate, caring, courteous, friendly, and very professional. I have been a patient of Dr. Kruglyansky for many years. I’ve always loved his work, he is a great doctor, perfectionist, and a wonderful person. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do but I know I’m in good hands and Dr. Kruglyanskiy and his staff can make it a positive experience. I highly recommend dr. Kruglyansky!
