Olde Towne Urgent Care

I am very disappointed in the service I received at Olde Towne Urgent Care under the care of Dr. Rasha Saleem a few years ago. The communication and follow-up were consistently poor, and the lack of cleanliness in the urgent care center was concerning. On multiple occasions, I visited first thing in the morning when the center opened, only to find trash left over from the previous day and a restroom that had not been cleaned. Additionally, the office staff repeatedly overcharged me for required return-to-work letters. Each time I called, the process seemed to change depending on who I spoke with, and the cost fluctuated significantly—at one point I was charged over $150 for a simple letter. I been a patient for a few years, first few visits everything was great, Doctors are good listening to my concerns, but, but, last couple of visits. I always made an appointment I seat there and waited for over 2 hours, no point on making an appointment, also follow up virtual appointments they charge my card , but no virtual call from the doctor, still owe me after charging my card and no service was provided, for some reason it seems like my insurance use to cover everything, here lately it seems to cover half of my visit $1300 hundred dollars for a in person visit one virtual out of three, three prescriptions and one referral and it seems my insurance only cover $700 now they billing for $600 and some dollars, this is not the first time I have problems with their billing department, ove

I had a great experience at this urgent care! As a new patient, they took me in as a walk-in without any issues. The doctor was thorough, taking his time to explain my medications and providing excellent health education. I ending up having the flu and a bacterial infection, and I truly appreciated the detailed care. The medical assistants were kind and quick to help with my work note, and the front desk staff was both knowledgeable and welcoming. Highly recommend this urgent care for anyone in need of quality, compassionate care!
