Dr Denise Gay of Olde Naples Periodontics is the best periodontist I have ever used (and I have used many). I've been with her for 20 years now. She is kind, gentle and honest about treatment plans. She is concerned about her patient's comfort during procedures and she has a wonderful staff! Highly recommend using her practice! You won't be disappointed.

Back in May2024 my mother did two days surgery that includes extractions and bone grafts which coasted us $8445. All went great. We were hopping to do implants after bone recovery! On January 28th 2025 went to our appointment at Dr Gay hoping to start the next big step, Implants. BUT ; Dr. Gay entered the exam room UN prepared did not know why we were there !? Didn't look at patient screen info and commented : "That we took her break time " She was so confused even did not recognized her $445 partial denture?! She asked my mother : who made this? Mom replied: you did!!! In less than 5 minutes she was done, With the sales pitch cleaning and cavity recommendation!! Front charged us $120 for that!! Well I guess here goes implants denture plans. I have no idea what went wrong !? Time to look f
