Old Towne Pharmacy

Rude clerk (assuming African descent) was NO assistance in helping me locate my UPS package that was reportedly dropped off at this UPS Holding Center. He kept telling me my package was not there and forcefully told me to call UPS. This pharmacy is supposed to close at 7pm and strangely, at 6:27pm, while I was on the phone with UPS to investigate, he packed up his things and dismissed me saying "he had somewhere to go and things to do" and told me to leave. I WILL NEVER AGAIN IN LIFE CHOOSE THIS PLACE TO HOLD MY UPS PACKAGES. Upper management will be notified of such outrageous and unacceptable customer service.

Never had an issue they just need 2 specify business hours never know when they open or closed but the employees always make u feel welcome and far as the area if you going to the pharmacy go in n out and it's no difference then any other city pharmacy on a regular strip mall

I have never had a bad experience at this pharmacy. I have always been made to feel welcome. And as far as it being in a dangerous area I have never felt that either.

I hate this pharmacy the people that word in there are very disrespectful started going here cus it was close to home but I rather go eles were then to be treated poorly an disrespectful I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy Togo here an it is a dangerous spot Togo to..!!!

This place is great it makes you feel like your home! They work with you to make sure your happy!!
