Old Style Pharmacy

I had major ACL surgery on December 11th. Old Style Pharmacy utilizes a third party delivery service which does whatever they want apparently. They attempted to deliver my medication while I was in surgery so obviously no one was home to receive it. On December 12th (day 2) I received a text message at 7:48am stating my medication would be delivered between 3:38pm - 6:38pm. At 5:48pm I inquired on the status and the text message received stated, “will be closer to 9pm”. Now I have gone all day with no medication for my knee surgery and I am in agony. At 8:08pm I received another text message stating, “We're running late with your order today. If you're okay with us delivering after 9 PM, just reply to this text and we'll bring it tonight. If we don't hear back, we'll reschedule for tomorr

No complains! It’s the right place for all your pharmacy needs. I am very happy we have this new and clean place on Avenue Z, much needed! Polite and knowledgeable stuff, free deliveries, lots of OTC drugs, and household products. Exceptional service and a smooth transaction. They offer even rare medications, have a knowledgeable staff, and provide a delivery option. What truly stood out was the genuine care and kindness with which Efim handled my call—it was remarkable. This pharmacy truly stands out for its genuine care and patient service. The staff takes time to answer my questions thoroughly, making me feel valued and never rushed. Even though it’s a 20 minute trip and I have pharmacies nearby, I wouldn’t switch. They also have delivered my medicine to me for my convenience! Their personalized attention and commitment to their customers make it worth the extra effort. Highly recommend!
