My mom Mattie Coppage is a resident at OD. Ms. Arielle Rashad is one of the CNA's who cares for my mom. Ms. Arielle is professional, courteous and above all compassionate not only toward my mom but also toward me. She listens to my concerns and helps out in anyway that she can. Because she cares for my mom, I have no worries and I can go about my day knowing that my mom is being well cared for. You hired a winner when you hired Ms. Arielle.

My father was admitted four months ago and I've been visiting weekly since then. He was transferred from another facility. The intake process was quick and free of problems. Ms. Merrill was professional and put me at ease. I was impressed by the efficiency of the staff to meet requests; everything from appliance hookups to progress reports, to even a simple sit down to raise some concerns were either handled the same day or within a few days. The food could be better, but we do our best to bring him some tasty favorites every week. The aides and nurses that I met have been positive, responsive and do a great job of ensuring my father's comfort. We are very fortunate to have found this facility within a few miles of the family home.

Everyone I have worked with is great. The nursing staff has been exceptional. They are taking good care of my mother. Miss Demetrius helped me in every way possible. The communication is also wonderful. They always keep me informed about anything that is going on or any changes.

We love coming to visit the staff at Old Dominion. We set up a pop-up uniform store twice a year in the building and everyone is so fun and welcoming!

My mother Betty will be leaving Dominion Rehabilitation & Nursing Home at the end of the week. I want to thank everyone at Dominion for caring for our mother as a person & allowing her to be the person she has always been while doing so. Our mother has made friends, had fun as well as faced challenges while at Dominion & the staff has been there for her & us throughout it all Thank you Dominion staff, we truly appreciate you all.
