Arbor Creek Urgent Care was the best experience I’ve had in a long time! They were able to get me in immediately treated me kindness and respect throughout the whole process . The best part was the Nurse Practitioner SARA! All I can say is wow haven’t had someone besides my general physician who Is CARRIE FELLOWS at Arbor Creek Family Care Who is at Arbor Creek center next-door. Sara took her time and care to make sure I had the best care for my medical situation. I’m just grateful for people like Sara and All of Arbor Creeks Kindness and care they provide. HIGHLY recommend for any health care needs!!

Micheal G Stone a concussion doctor here was extremely rude. When asking me question he would laugh at my answer like they did not matter. When asking the question “do you do any sports or work” when I replied “no” he sarcastically laughed and said “so you do nothing” and cleared me from a concussion even though I was still having very bad symptoms of one and continued now to have headaches and eye strain. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Might as well drive to the next place over….

Thanks for nothing. I called, as did a friend about the camp/sport physicals. I asked if it was $40 for my 7 year old and was told yes. I wasted over an hour of my time driving to your office, waiting in the waiting room and then being taken back and prescreened for the nurse to come back and say oh sorry, there may be a problem they took $40 and she isn’t 4th grade so it’s actually $100. This was the entire reason why I called. I would never use your office again after this ginormous wasn’t of time. My kid has a camp all day and I had to work and was unable to go get the physical elsewhere in order for her to be able to ride a pony as a camp this weekend. I typically go to a different branch but they were not accepting walk-ins so this was the next closest location. Very efficiently run, and EVERY SINGLE employee from the front desk receptionist, nurse, Dr and check out receptionist were so kind, helpful and considerate. I agreed with treatment plan and now I am rapidly improving. Thank you!!!

I've been here twice and had a really good experience both times! Front desk employees were nice and the wait times were pretty quick. Doctors spent several minutes addressing my questions/concerns.
