I initially started seeing Rachelle for an injury to my lower back. The massages, stretching and at home suggestions she gave me have truly helped. She has great energy and the place just makes you relax as soon as you enter the door. I would highly recommend her for your next massage.

I came in with sever back pain and could barely walk straight. After the massage, I left feeling so much better. I was actually able to stand and walk upright again! Rachelle really knows how to target the muscles that need to work . Highly recommend her if you need real relief, not just relaxation.

I hurt myself a while back and I’ve been stiff and hard to move. Rachelle was able to work out a lot of the knots in my back. She also used the CBD oil and the hot stones which felt wonderful. Definitely recommend getting the full body 1 hour massage!
