The best pediatrics in the world my daughter loved them and feels very comfortable. All placed have wait time and when its a great place like this one wait doesn’t matter because service is great

Best Pediatrician! . Dra.Olivero and Dra. García are very caring, empathetic, knowledgeable, doctor García has a very calm demeanor, ability to listen, and dedication to finding answers.i really trusts her.

I have 3 children, all are patients and attended this clinic and their previous clinic on Godwin avenue. Since the new staff , the service declined. They do not answer the phones and when they do, they place you on hold and never return (clearly lack multitasking skills) . I recently had an appointment for my daughter on April 4th 2025 , they have a sign in sheet( I’m assuming for organization) a patient came in AFTER me maybe 2 to 5 mins after. When a room became available, they took that patient in before my child . I spoke to the receptionist she stated we came in around the same time . Clearly I signed in before her , which meant I should’ve been seen first . She then apologized And said I have to wait for a room to become available. The doctors and staff that work at this clinic are very experienced and provide excellent in person service. HOWEVER, it is a challenge to get in contact with anyone at the office. It takes hours to get the front desk to pick up and once they do they start transferring you to lines that are never picked up. They have a shortage on nurses — only one on staff & she can’t handle the load of work. The clinic is also very small and not kid friendly. I continue to take my children here because I appreciate the service we receive when ever we visit.

Best Pediatrician office in the Bronx….Great doctor…. and great staff. Had a little bit of wait time to see the doctor due to the amount of patients, but totally worth the wait, such a loving and caring person Dr. Olivero was. I could tell why she had so many patients waiting to see her. Just from stepping in the room with Dr. Olivero I could already sense that my child was in good hands. The MA staff was very diligent and helpful with filling out any forms that my child needed for school/camp, which I appreciate a lot . I will be referring this office to everyone I know!!!!!!
