They are the best! Appointment times are on schedule so no waiting for long. I had one knee surgery in 6-2025, They were amazing and I did wonderful. They sent text daily to keep you going. At the PT place I went I excelled, the PT guy was impressed. Other patients that had knee surgery could not believe how quickly I healed and how well I could do the exercises and surpassed them. It took 8-10 weeks. By 3 months I went to Branson and Eureka Springs had no problems with walking or stairs. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr Jacobs, Randall and all their staff, they are all amazing. I am having my other knee replacement in March. I would not trust anyone else with my knees! So blessed I found them to take care of me.

I met with Randy on the 23rd of Feb. He was very personable and friendly and answered all my questions. I like the thought of not staying in hospital longer than was necessary. Looking forward to meeting Dr and moving forward with knee replacement.

Kristi is always pleasant, helpful, encouraging and supportive. She offers helpful advice that is easy to understand and follow. She never appears rushed and when she is with you, you have her undivided attention. Absolutely the best healthcare provider I have ever been treated by.

Randall was good at listening to my concerns and did not direct me to do knee replacement surgery. He recommended that we try some other options before we go that far. I felt very confident in what he was telling me helped me to make my decision to hold off on surgery

It was a wonderful experience seeing Kristy for my appointment & assessment. I found her to be kind, knowledgeable & very approachable. She is definitely an A+.
