Been waiting almost 3 months for my inserts to be ready. Ive called once and they said they'll call me when theyre ready and still nothing. Going here through TriCare as I am active duty military and they clearly do not care about the troops and people who need medical service. If youre military and youre referred here, talk to your PCM to go somewhere else because this place is incompetent.

My wife Helen Williams has a problem every year on her debtic shoe Her appointment was August 16 and now it's November her PCP said he done the paper work in September and still no shoes it's been going on this way for 5 years on year we was told the paper work set on her desk for 2mo the shoes only take 4 to6 weeks not 3 months we won't be back not after all this

October 2023. New patient visit with Dr Carro already extremely nervous and in pain from plantar and callouses. Short evaluation and began to remove one callous. I'm here for second opinion as first DPM didn't recommend surgery and moved out of area. Dr Carro tells me he can help with problem but insist on trying to remove on skin plantar in office with no offer of or use of numbing spray ointment or cream causing me excruciating pain which bought me to tears. I'll left in more pain than upon arrival with surgery recommendation. I won't be using his services. No idea why numbing spray wasn't used or offered to me. Horrible experience. I expected better.
