Drove 45 minutes and showed up an hour before closing. Denied service. Told to take my son suspected of strep to the ER and report to IHS....so they would prefer to pay a hospital bill over getting him seen during business hours? Not a good look, convenient care. Not very convenient or cost efficient.
The guy off to the side is Rude, shouldn’t be forced to apply for soonercare every 90 days when you’re not going to be accepted. I’m there because I’m sick. So now it’s an hour and half drive to Ada so I can be seen
This is a new location. I had a same day appointment. Everyone was very nice & empathetic. I felt very satisfied with my visit. ;))
