Oklahoma Children's Hospital OU Health - Child Study Center

All of the nurses and doctors and other staff we met were all great but Nurse Elizabeth was as amazing! She was so bubbly and a joy! My daughter just loved her.

Left a voicemail back in September to which I received a response asking me to send an email with my information. Did so immediately and never received a response.

I had my 1st experience with this office when I took in my foster daughter. I won't mention names or talk about our situation but I will say that the people we've gotten to work with have been wonderful. We all know that OU Medical is a teaching facility and this office being associated with OUMC is as well and in my opinion, they are doing a tremendous job with the students and the students do an amazing job with the kiddos...they did with mine anyway. Thank you to everybody involved!

My child has been a patient here for five years. We have had consistently unprofessional and rude treatment that has in many cases made our already challenging family situation even harder. Unfortunately there are few specailized care resources of this type for children in Oklahoma, so the staff clearly is under the impression that they can treat people abhorrently and still get business (because if you are desperate enough to put up with anything to help your kid--as many of us are--they can). I cannot tell you the number of times this clinic has dropped the ball. The communication between clinic staff, providers and patients/families is truly the worst I have ever experienced from any kind of medical provider for my family. My 7 year old has been receiving treatment from the Child Study Center SM program. They have gone above and beyond for us and all of the kiddos that come through their door. They have changed lives. We are forever grateful for all of the staff and counselors at the center. They have been nothing but kind and extremely patient with us throughout this whole process. Especially thankful for Shawna, Nichole, and Katie that have been working with us every week since coming in 🤍
