Been here 3 times now and out of the 3 times 2 visits Dr. suu has been late by an hour. I’m actually writing this review in one of the patient rooms. The staff is nice enough but this doctor has zero respect for people’s time. Avoid this doctor. I’m only using due to this being a workers comp visit. Will never come back again!

Does not care about their patients. High staff turnover and difficult to understand doctor. This office will not allow my caregiver to go into appointments with me. I’m a 100% disabled veteran. I have issues communicating my thoughts, especially in pain and in a doc office.. I called before my appointment today, to avoid an unnecessary and painful car ride— they ignored my concerns and told me to come in to discuss if my caregiver can go back to the appointment with me. I had to cancel all appointments and injections and find help elsewhere. The injection this clinic previously did on me, caused extreme increased pain. Very frustrating!!!! Would literally rather quit my medicine cold, than give them any more of my money. I have waited over an hour on more than one occasion, sometimes the

Dr. Soo is an amazing doctor. He listens to your concerns and explains things so you can understand. When I saw him for the first time (2009) I was having to use a wheelchair, walker and cane to get around because my back was in such bad shape ( I had already had 2 surgeries by another doctor that did not fix my problem). He did a 3rd surgery and after not being able to walk or work I was finally able to go back to work in 2011. I highly recommend him!

The staff and Dr.are so amazing in helping with my pain and surgery.

Best Orthopedic Dr ! Dr Soo is a compassionate and understanding Dr. He will tell you the truth and is very knowledgeable! His staff is very thorough and good! Can’t truly express My appreciation of the help I’ve received! .
