Okeechobee Discount Drugs

1st time here at this pharmacy and last cashier woman very rude and bothered when asking it a question.SMH!

Always friendly, courteous and professional. They always call when my prescription is ready.

At the far end of the pharmacy, is where I paid for the blood pressure device. My husband refuses to let me take his BP, so I tried to return it. The cash register at the front of the store posts a sign: NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I will not return to a pharmacy that will not allow unopened returns.

Terrible drug store.. they made me have to drive 20 miles just to tell me if they had the medication I need to have transferred, then once they checked n said yes I had to wait 2 hours then went back in to pick it up n found that they completely forgot to transfer my script so I had to want another hour in which they then said sorry we don't have that medication .. somehow they screwed up n shouldn't have said yes.. by this time it was past 5 pm so the original pharmacy was closed so I now had to wait till the next day to try n fill my script somewhere else. . . The most incompetent , most expensive Podunk low rent drug store thus side of the mason dixon

Never had an issue, always have my son's medication ready. Nelson always answers any question I may have concerning any medication whether it is prescription or not. Very polite staff
