Nadia is nothing short of amazing! She has strong hands but can adjust her massage level based on your needs. She's excellent at finding problem spots that you didn't even know existed and will incorporate some stretching (if you're comfortable with it) to help provide better relieve to those problem areas. She has a variety of massage options and has even incorporated some cupping into my massages to help provide additional relief. I enjoy her massages so much that I refuse to do anything less than 2 hours anymore. She's definitely a hidden gem but don't take my word for it, treat yourself and book today!

This is the best experience I have ever had with a massage therapist. I really needed someone to work out 6 months of knots and help with my headaches and sore back. She asked a few questions about my issues and then talked me thorough what we would be working on in that session. She continued to ask me how the pressure was through the whole session and also educated me on the importance of drinking lots of water.
