Worst “care” I’ve EVER received. If that’s what you would even call it. I have been in pain and on crutches for 3 months now. The doctor is dismissive & unprofessional. Absolutely no bedside manner. To anyone who actually wishes to get better and heal, this isn’t the place for you! Prayers to all who have the unpleasant experience of coming here!

I would give it zero stars if possible. Complete false advertising. All they can offer is "triage and stabilization" and you still have to wait 6 days for an appointment with a real orthopedist at a location 40 miles away. What a scam.

Went here today with my husband who likely tore his bicep. Every single person on the staff from the front desk, to the x-ray tech, intake technician, and the doctor were refreshingly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. It is rare for me to go out of my way to write a Google review but I felt that this team really deserves the credit. It is uncommon to have such a positive experience from start to finish at a doctor’s office. The doctor who saw my husband reached out to the surgeon who specializes in this particular injury, made sure he was free, and found out the preferred timeline for surgery. They made the follow up appt with the surgeon, gave him a script for a MRI, and gave him a splint to go home with. This urgent care operated like a well oiled machine and the staff seemed genui

My wife went here in great pain seeking assistance. The front desk staffed refused care because “it’s been two weeks” since the pain began. This is not an “urgent” care by any stretch of the imagination and should NOT be advertising as such. I will be filing a complaint with the state dept of health regarding this complete misrepresentation.The staff were exceptionally rude. Steer far clear of this operation. Save your time and go to the Point satellite ER where they are pleasant, efficient and caring.

I visited this urgent care on Dec 23,2024 and waited 2.5hrs to see a PA, not even a doctor. He was condescending and rude to say the least. I left with no instructions or discharge papers telling me what to do. They put a splint on me, but I'm still not sure why. I'm in the Healthcare field and next time I'll go to the ER and wait 2.5hrs. From the reviews, sounds like they need new staff.... horrible.
