Basically you are treated as a whiney supplicant who has not begged enough for their help. The nurse practitioner I spoke with briefly would not even look my medical records there. Sydney Thompson was much more concerned with her own emotional needs in my not giving her the deference required for her to condescend to address my urgent, but not necessarily emergent medical care. Apparently this operation is designed to deflect patient care while appearing to address patient concerns. In other words they do nothing and will not physically see you, order labs or even attempt appropriate medical redirection of care.
