OHSU Pharmacy, Richmond

Savanna pharm tech was very rude and dismissive, which gave a very uneasy feeling. I have my grandmother who’s coming down with dementia which is very stressful The unnecessary rudeness doesn’t help. I didn’t say more than two words to Savannah and her attitude was uncalled for.

I never have had a problem with getting my prescriptions filled and they have really good prices on their over the counter drugs. It's a very good pharmacy!

They don't care about thier patients at all I came in to try and get my niece her pain meds before they closed and they sent me away and said they couldn't help me at to go to another pharmacy. Which is impossible with the insurance I have.

“We fill prescriptions for patients who have a primary care provider at OHSU Primary Care Clinic, Richmond. ( inside the clinic)” They are always busy but they’re knowledgeable and don’t rush customers. They said they supposed to provide the lowest price possible by their regulation as a community clinic. I use OHSU and I get meds that I need immediately and pay cash without insurance because my prescription insurance doesn’t cover they, but it’s still fairly cheap.

This pharmacy needs to clearly state that it's not open to the public. It is only for patients of the attached clinic, unlike their other pharmacies. A complete waste of time having a prescription sent there from outside the clinic, driving there, waiting in line #1, waiting in line #2, then being told they wouldn't help me. Disappointing service, but it has a nice parking lot. This needs to be clearly stated in the name and / or Google Maps description.
