Terrible place. I called first, asking if I need a reservation. I was told no, so I came in around 1:00 pm on Monday. I saw a sign at the door saying that they are out for lunch and will be back at 1:15. So I waited and by 1:30 still not back yet. I called the phone number on the test sheet, the guy told me that he was right on the corner. By 1:35 he arrived with two dogs. He took my test sheet and went into the room.I waited another 20minutes and called him again. He came out telling me that he is going to enter my information to the system, then will be ready to test. By this time it’s already 2pm. Waited another 5 minutes and the guy came out told me that the system won’t let him login, he has to reset the password and he is calling tech support. He asked me to come back in an hour or s
