Ohlendorf Appliance Laboratory

We are a very busy pediatric office, (with three locations) located in/near Springfield, MO. We started working with Ohlendorf last year after switching from a different lab. Ohlendorf has continued to keep us happy, as their quality of work has continued to remain consistent and satisfactory! Their turn around time is also within a reasonable window, which is a huge plus for our patients. We highly recommend Ohlendorf Appliance Laboratory to any and all offices considering a partnership!

Highly unprofessional staff. Never answers the phone, lab technicians are no where to be found and customer service was the absolute worst. Never sending cases out to this lab ever again. Good luck trying to finish your ortho cases in a timely manner if you do decide to work with them.

Disappointed with the communication and billing set up. Tried this lab out because of a promotional offer and ended up with a bill that included several fees being tacked on that were not communicated which turned the promotional offer into costing more than my usual lab. Attempts to call the lab often resulted in having to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back. Overall would not recommend based on that experience.

I have been working with Ohlendorf lab since 2000(21 years) they have exceeded my expectations. Owners Kevin and Mark are amazing. They help out with each and every case. They are very knowledgeable about Orthodontics, they are always there to hold your hand if you are a beginner or need advise if case is not going the way you like to see and need support. They arrange CE courses. Their fees are very reasonable. I strongly recommend Ohlendorf lab. They go above and beyond your needs.

We are a practice in MD and use Ohlendorf Lab for all of our appliance needs. Kevin is great to work with. He is aware of Airway Health appliances and is very knowledgeable. Always just a phone call or email away to help in any way. Highly recommend.
