OhioHealth Urgent Care Dublin

We got there at 5:30pm and did not have to wait more than 10 min before they called my son back to be seen. Only had to wait about another 10 min for the dr to come in and was able to diagnosis my son with a sinus infection, had our antibiotics called in to the pharmacy and was out the door in 30 min! Will come here every time it’s needed moving forward! Thank you OhioHealth

The response was quick, and both the staff nurse and doctor were very friendly. My 2 year old son was in severe pain with his left arm and not very cooperative, but the dislocation was fixed quickly after the X-rays. Really appreciated their prompt and caring service!

I went to urgent care today due to a cut. I had previously got it stitched and today I went back to get it dressed again. I cut myself two days ago so the cut is still new. The doctor that treated me was X Jiao. He was not patient or careful with the stitches. When he was removing the bandage from a finger, his hand hit the wound and he didn't even say sorry. I went in to get my stitches checked but they didn't even check them. I had also asked for water due to the pain but the nurse simply just said, "you are going to leave after this finger and I am busy so you can get water after you leave." She was not nice and they didn't care to say sorry. Overall, my experience with the doctor and the nurse today was really bad.

Horrible experience. Came in at 9:30. No availability. Was told next apt is 11:00am. Ok. No problem. I wait in car for 90 minutes. Go in at 11:00am. Told to sit in waiting room. Sit in waiting room for 10 minutes. Brought back to patient room. It’s now 11:40am and not a sign of the doctor. I just need a simple antibiotic script for a sinus infection. So much for “urgent care”. And so much for an “appointment”. How do you schedule someone for 11:00 and have them wait almost 45 min and counting?

Had a 5:45 appointment. Got put into a room and did not see anyone for 45 minutes. No one came to check on us or let us know when someone was coming. Finally, we just left and no one said anything or questioned us, as to why we leaving. Glad it was not something extremely serious.
