I wish I could give negative stars. According to OHIO PEDIATRICS my daughter hasn't been seen since 2018. She is now 9. I started her there right after she was born and they were always great about calling to remind you of appointments or to let me know my child was due for any shots ect. Then...nothing. Apparently she needed some vaccine at 4-5, which I believe she may have had bcuz her private school asks for records at the beginning of the school year, I don't have current records due to unfortunate circumstances. I tried to make an ill appointment due to suspected pink eye this morning, whomever I spoke with told me since she hasn't been seen she is no longer a patient and they WILL NOT see her even as a "new patient" unless I can produce current vaccine records. I stated I don't have

Was told they will not see my daughter because I was 9/10 minutes late. Yet, their entire waiting room was nearly as full as I had ever seen it. I sat through nearly an hour of their research facility trying to draw blood from my 6 month old to help their studies and have never not waited 10 minutes, but they have no decency/compassion and did not even inquire why I was late. Never had a warning or been late before. If it weren't for the greatest pediatrician around, Dr. Mergler, I would never go back. Spent an entire year going through one of their research programs to help out and they turn me away at my first appointment upon completion. Well, thank you too! The receptionist on the phone is very rude anytime I talk to them. Doesn’t matter what it’s about they’re always rude. Do not recommend. Though dr. Powers there is wonderful so far for us. And is the only reason for the 2 stars other wise I’d only give 0-1 stars!

We’ve been coming here since 2014. At first, we saw Dr. Freeman who is seriously the best! However, he switched to the Kettering location. We have been seeing Dr. Hertz for years. She is amazing. When one kid comes in for their well check, she asks questions about the other kid and know their names. She is amazing. I brought up one concern when my daughter was 6 months old and honesty I wasn’t even going to bring it up but when I told her, she said she was a bit concerned and sent us a referral to Children’s. If it weren’t for her, we would have never discovered her minor health issue. They are also great at faxing over documents within MINUTES when the daycare needs them! Highly recommend! Never had to wait more than a couple of minutes in 5 and a half years!

If I can give this place a zero I would. I was going to the Kettering location with my first then switched to the Vandalia location once I moved as it was closer. I absolutely HATED both offices. Everytime my son was seen there was always an issue with his weight, he was a chunky thing when he was baby so I never understood why his weight was a problem. He was under “failure to thrive” which as a new mom I didn’t know about but it was his weight. I was even given an entire case of formula (I was breastfeeding) when he was close to a year to supplement but he didn’t take it so I just waited for him to turn a year which wasn’t long so I can start giving him whole’s milk. When I got pregnant with my second I was still going to the Vandalia office and EVERY time I left I was just brake down a
