Dr. Bar-Lev is incredible. She is so caring and down to earth. My first memory of her is seeing her for a same day sick visit when my daughter was a baby. We were originally with a different doctor and happened to see Dr. Bar-Lev that day. My daughter tested positive for Covid and Dr. Bar-Lev called me personally the next day to check on how my girl was doing. I was blown away by such care/attention from a doctor. Usually I feel that many doctors act like they’re better than you and wouldn’t resort to calling themselves. Maybe they’d have a nurse call. But not Dr Bar-Lev. I've been bringing my kids here for 4 years. We've seen many of the doctors here and they've all been great. I do, however, have a big issue with COPCs cancellation policy. You'll be charged a cancellation fee no matter what the reason, even waking up the morning of a well visit with a sick child. Super frustrating. The signs in the office about their cancellation fee are really vague and detail nothing so just know they have no exceptions about it and the office staff won't mention you're getting charged either. It would be great if COPC had exceptions to their cancellation policy and gave a heads up to parents.

We have been going here since my son was born in February and have always had great experiences. We’ve seen several of the doctors and settled with Dr. Johnson who is always warm and caring with my son. Recently I had to get a copy of my son’s immunization records and a form filled out for daycare, and they were able to help me get everything the same day. Office staff are always professional and friendly. As an added bonus this office has a nurse triage line for calls after hours, which I was so grateful to have as a new mom panicking about things with my newborn. We moved away from the Dublin area but will continue to drive our son here for the excellent care.

We've had a pretty poor experience overall with this COPC location. I'm not a fan of the COPC system as its burdened by bureaucracy. You're in prompted via email and text repeatedly to check in for your appointment and when you do, you have to check in at their office anyway. Such an inefficient system for very sleep deprived and busy parents. There's also a poor check out work flow. For the last several visits, our daughter has received vaccines at the end of her appointment and the office staff want us to schedule after her appointment. Our baby is understandably very upset and it's very hard to try to schedule when our baby is so upset and Dr Bar-Lev availability is so limited. We really like Dr Bar-Lev but her schedule is so limited we wonder if it's worthwhile to have our daughter see

Have been going here since 3 years with 2 of my kids. Doctor Purvi Sahai is the best doctor for my kids. Staffs are friendly and experienced.
