Ogden Emergency Dental

I called to make an appointment. It was a place called Aspen Dental that's apparently not in Utah but the lady tried to connect me to a dentist office in Riverdale...I decided against scheduling with them. I just really didn't know who I was dealing with. The website says Ogden Emergency Dental but connected me to Asken dental when I called the number. Then they tried to connect me to a dentist office in Riverdale....no thanks.

*****RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE***** You can try to glam up your response to make it sound like you are giving me a good answer, but the fact is your answer is just BS! I am on the phone with a lady (after hours answering service), the first thing I ask her is, "Is the location actually open and staffed today?" She tells me, "Yes." So I go ahead and answer all of her questions for 10 minutes only to be told that the location is actually only open MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS. NOT THAT IT ISN'T JUST OPEN THIS WEEKEND WHEN I AM LOOKING, BUT THAT YOU ARE NOT OPEN AT ALL ON WEEKENDS FOR EMERGENCIES. What you did was wrong. I could have spent that time not talking due to the pain or calling another place that may have been able to help me. Your website says a

I feel like plenty of time was spent answering my dental questions and he wasn’t in a rush. I was able to get the tooth situated.

Nothing prepared me for the long wait during my visit here. The place was packed and I waited quite some time. At least they were able to see me. ☺👌
