Pretty damn pathetic that they don't give you any way to cancel your appointment online on the weekends (can't even leave a VM) but they will charge me $25 in the morning for a late cancel even though I've been trying to get ahold of them since Friday afternoon.

I am not the type to write bad reviews. I saw Elizebeth for acne and when I said I was against birth control she got mad. Never coming back. Cried for daysss.

Absolutely would not recommend this clinic. After my appointment, the front desk clerk said that everything was covered by insurance, and that I had no expenses to pay. I come to find out 9-months later that I had a balance due after being served, where they charged almost 300% more fee's for penalties and legal fees. I'm not sure if they are getting a kickback from the collection/legal group they are affiliated with, but the fact that their employees said I had no additional fee's to pay, and then snuck in additional charges following my appointment months later has completely blindsided me. Additionally, the doctor that saw me said there was no solution to my problem without even looking at what my skin issue was, based on the initial form they had me fallout. Always a pleasure to go here. This is where I go to see my doctor and I've got the best dermatologist in the world. Anybody who needs a dermatologist go here

I had a major issue based on some probably automatic account filing. I didnt know what to do so i fussed about it pretty hard. They actually understood my situation and rescheduled me for a monday appointment so i wouldn't have a delay in treatment. Usually the world throws curve balls and one doesnt expect a good follow up. But these guys did me right. Im overjoyed and relieved. I thought i was gonna be left behind.
