Ogden clinic is terrible. I have seen several of their doctors for several reasons over the years and they are always so dismissive. I feel unheard and I feel as though my medical issues are always brushed off. I like to read the medical notes they post on the patient portal and they flat out lie about what was talked about in the appointments. They claimed to discuss several things with me that were NOT brought up at all in the appointment. Recently I tried to pay a bill over the phone. I got stuck in the least user friendly call tree for twenty minutes. When I finally got a hold of the billing department they refused to take my payment over the phone and said I have to pay online despite their bill saying you can pay over the phone. Over this clinic is a joke. I will not be back.

I feel like I got scammed! I had made an appointment for 3:45pm and had planned to take time off work in order to make it. The day of the appointment, apparently the doctor was not going to be available at that time, so the office staff moved my appointment up to 1pm. For context, I do not have access to my personal cell at work. Therefore I didn't know about this change until I had gotten off of work to go to the 3:45 appointment, which obviously was too late to make their impromptu 1pm appointment that they had made for me without my consent. (To be fair, I was able to be seen the same day in urgent care, where it was just a 30 minute wait). Now the clinic is threatening me with a no-show fee for "missing" their 1pm appointment. When I called to get some clarification, the very rude offi

Seen the urgent care at about 4p. Visit was fine. It was the prescribing of medication that went horribly. The nurse confirmed with me what prescriptions my child is allergic to but the doctor still perscribed the wrong medicine. Then, I tried calling the after hours nurse to get it corrected and had to argue with Maya from the call center about it. She was so rude and dismissive. Asked to speak to a supervisor to which she put me on hold, comes back and says that her supervisor told her to get me to the "urgent care nurse line" which ended up just being a telehealth company. I went back through the same prompts spoke to a rep and gave them the info and they got me to someone. Insane the hoops I had to jump through to get an antibiotic that my child isn't allergic to. Bet I still receive a

I went today to urgent because of my tonsil removal and some complications, their urgent care doctor basically called me a liar about the fact my dosage wasn’t filled correctly and the fact that it was almost out. He basically said I must’ve been taking it more often than I should be , and more than I needed. When I’m not even taking as much as it says I needed, I told him that my prescription seemed to be filled incorrectly and he told me the pharmacy I went to wouldn’t do that, He told me the medication should last 8 days, I’m on the 6th and have enough to last til the 7th possibly 8th. Mine isn’t even empty yet, and attempted to explain more to him. But he chose to stick to the assumption I’m abusing my medication apparently. He was incredibly rude and this will be my last time ever goi

Went in because I have a really mean cough. I struggled to breathe and would go into coughing fits so bad I almost go into an asthma attack. Got told "oh you're fine". Got a second opinion turns out I have croupe. I shouldn't have had to go to another doctor to get help. Im broke and even the 35 co pay gets too much if I have to pay multiple times. Don't just try and get people out of the office and do your job.
