I have and continue to receive genuine respect, full attention, and personalized care from Dr. O Donnell and her staff. They consistently deliver high-quality care/work that exceeds expectations in both competence and reliability. To name a few, Angie and I believe his name is Greg, completing the scans during each visit, the treatment nurses, the follow-up nurses and all front desk staff. Highly recommend!

Such a great experience! You don't know how much difference vein correction can make until you have a team who sits you down, lays out a plan, and follows through. Each step of the way, Dr. O'Donnell explains the purpose and reason for each procedure. I'm very grateful that I started and continued with varicose vein procedures and correction with O'Donnell Vein and Laser.

I was originally told I would have “only” four treatments. Later, I was told I would now need five. I told the doctor that I did not have the money for that and would opt out. She said she would just waive the co-pay. So I agreed. Fast forward and I find out that in one of my first visits they charged me way more than what I should have been. Found this out when I received my insurance Explanation of Benefits. I tried calling and speaking to someone in billing three different times and nobody would call me back. The fourth time I was given the message that the refund I was owed was being put towards that last treatment (that I was told would be free) and they would write off the small balance left over from that. I do not appreciate being lied to and I will never return to this place. In

I have been greeted, checked in, checked out, and had follow -up appointments scheduled quickly by the friendly and professional front desk staff. My appointments have run on time, thorough explanations of my options and then the procedures were given by each medical professional and my numerous questions have been answered fully, even when I ask repeat questions. I absolutely recommend O’Donnell Vein and Laser.

I have been coming to the office for a few years. Staff and Dr. O’Donnell are amazing. Suzanne has been doing my sclerotherapy for years also. She is very patient, very knowledgeable, and thorough.
